General

These terms govern your use of the Void Culture website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

All products are subject to availability. Product images are for illustration purposes. While we make every effort to display colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your screen will reproduce colours faithfully. Minor variations in shade between the product received and the image displayed are not grounds for return.

Pricing

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay.

Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods and send a confirmation email.

Payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of order. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control. Risk passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping & Returns page for full delivery information.

Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return items for a full refund, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. See our Returns policy for details.

Guarantee

All Void Culture garments are covered by a 3-year guarantee against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear, improper care, or accidental damage. Contact us at repairs@voidculture.uk for guarantee claims.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, design, and the Void Culture name and logo, is our property and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Repair Programme

All Void Culture garments are covered by our Repair Programme. Full terms are available on the Repair Programme page. The programme does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
