Repair Programme

Every Void Culture garment includes our Repair Programme. Send us any piece and we will repair it free of charge for the first three years from date of purchase. After three years, repairs are charged at cost.

What is covered

Seam failure, fabric tearing under normal use, hardware failure (zips, snaps, eyelets), and hem or cuff unravelling.

What is not covered

Normal wear and fading, stains, damage from improper care (bleaching, tumble drying), accidental damage (cuts, burns), or alterations.

How it works

1. Email repairs@voidculture.uk with your order number and a photo of the damage.
2. We will confirm whether the repair is covered and send you a prepaid return label (UK) or shipping instructions (international).
3. Repairs are completed within 10 working days of receipt.
4. Your garment is returned via tracked shipping at no additional cost.

Terms

• The three-year period begins on the date of original purchase.
• Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email or order number).
• The programme covers the original purchaser only and is not transferable.
• Void Culture reserves the right to replace a garment rather than repair it if the repair is not feasible.
• International customers are responsible for outbound shipping costs. Return shipping is covered by Void Culture.
• This programme does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
