Ordering

How long does delivery take?

UK orders: 2-3 working days (Royal Mail Tracked). Next day available for £6.95. International: 5-14 days depending on destination. See Shipping & Returns for full details.

Is shipping free?

Free UK shipping on all orders over £100.

Can I return an item?

Yes. We offer free returns within 30 days for UK orders. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Email returns@voidculture.uk to start a return.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes. Free exchanges on all UK orders. Check our size guide before ordering.

What weight is the fabric?

Our hoodies, crewnecks, and joggers use 410 GSM organic cotton fleece. The coach jacket is 340 GSM organic canvas. The essential tee is 240 GSM organic jersey. The wide-leg trouser is 360 GSM.

Will the garments shrink?

All garments are pre-shrunk and enzyme-washed. The hoodie and crewneck may drop approximately 2cm after the first wash due to the density of the fleece. They will not shrink further.

How should I wash them?

Machine wash at 30 degrees. Turn inside out. Do not tumble dry. Do not bleach. Hang dry naturally. Iron on low if needed.

What does the 3-year guarantee cover?

Manufacturing defects: seam failure, fabric tearing under normal use, hardware failure. It does not cover normal wear and tear, stains, improper care, or accidental damage. Email repairs@voidculture.uk.

What does GOTS certified mean?

Global Organic Textile Standard. It means our cotton is grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilisers, processed without toxic chemicals, and every step of the supply chain is independently audited. Read more on our sustainability page.

Do you have a physical store?

Not yet. Our studio is in Peckham, South London, but we do not currently offer walk-in retail. Follow us on Instagram for pop-up announcements.
